The Chief Medical Director (CMD), Professor Jesse Abiodun Otegbayo on Monday September 25, 2021 revealed that he received (2000) KN95 nose masks for hospital use.
According to him, “Africa Needs U”, a US-based non-governmental and philanthropic organisation that seeks to promote the welfare of Covid-19 first responders made the donation.
Investigations revealed that the hospital is in dire need of Covid-19 protective kits for the staff, who are attending to the patients of Covid-19 without being properly kitted due to the scarcity of the kits.
