All Progressive Congresive (APC) and its notable members including immediate past Governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, who is the current Deputy National Chairman (South) of the party and Federal House of Representative Member, representing Oluyole Federal Constituency, Hon. Tolu Akande-Sadipe, have congratulated the former Governor of Oyo State under Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Otunba Adebayo Alao-Akala on his 70th birthday.
Alao-Akala was described as a selfless, courageous, forthrightness and diligent individual, who has been providing exemplary leadership in Nigeria and has developed Oyo State immensely.
Ajimobi said that Alao- Akala is a quintessential politician and a major pillar who has contributed immensely to the fortunes of the APC in Oyo State.
He pointed out that the erstwhile governor left indelible footprints as governor of the state having contributed to its growth.
Similarly, the State Chapter of the APC congratulated the former Governor as he clocks the enviable age.
Also, in a message signed by the State APC Chairman, Chief Akin Oke, Alao-Akala, a pillar of support and Chairman of the Reconciliation Committee of the party contributed immensely to the progress of Oyo State.
He is also described as a rallying point for party faithful.
Akande-Sadipe, who is also the Chairman, House Committee on Diaspora, thanked Alao-Akala for inspiring great leadership in Oyo State and for extending his large-heartedness to others, which has steadily provided a ladder for budding leaders in the state, especially in Ogbomosho land.
