The District Superintendent (DS) West and Central Africa (WECA) of the Apostolic Faith Church, has warned the public not to fall preys to hackers, who have hacked into its internet prayer platform demanding an entry fee of $10 to gain access into the platform.
Adeniran made this revelation while making announcements on the schedule of activities during its service on Sunday July 26, 2020.
He said, ”It has come to our notice that hackers have found their way into our Faith City Regional Service Prayer Platform, demanding an entry fee of $9.99 into the platform”.
The DS explained, ”We want the public to note that this demand is not from the Apostolic Faith Church. Apostolic Faith Church does not charge any money for our services. We do not even pass collection plates in our services nor levy pastoral funds. We followed the injunction of our Lord in Mathew 10:8, ”Freely ye have received, freely give”.
