The Apostolic Faith Church in the West and Central Africa (WECA) region has concluded arrangements to hold its 2022 Camp Meeting themed, “O Lord, Revive Thy Work”, between Sunday, August 14 and Sunday, August 28, 2022.
The Meeting, which will have faithful in West and Central Africa in attendance, physical and virtual, holds at the Apostolic Faith Church Campground, “Faith City”, Igbesa, Ogun State, Nigeria.
The annual spiritual event will feature bible teachings, sacred music, youth activities, revival services, musical concerts and seminars on various topical issues geared towards empowering attendees.
It would be recalled that the church authority, under the leadership of Rev Emmanuel Adebayo Adeniran suspended the annual event in 2020 as a result of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, which ravaged the world and claimed thousands of lives.
However, the new leadership of the church, led by the recently appointed District Overseer in charge of WECA, Rev Isaac Adigun had pointed out that the event would hold under strict compliance with Covid-19 protocol for two weeks instead of the usual three weeks.
It will be held in a blended mode of physical and virtual as the church authority instructed members who cannot physically attend to participate virtually.
