As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic and government restrictions, the Authority of The Apostolic Faith Church, West and Central Africa (WECA), is unable to hold this year annual camp meeting at Faith City, Igbesa, Ogun State.
This was made known by the WECA District Superintendent, Rev. Adebayo Adeniran.
The annulled three week camp meeting was scheduled to hold between August 5 and 23, 2020, though arrival commences from August 2.
Elaborating, Adeniran said that the church will observe a Special Consecration Period between Sunday August 16 and August 30, 2020.
This Special period will feature Sunday Services, bible teachings, music concerts and revival services in a mix of live services and play back.
He further stated that Sunday Service, which can be viewed on the church’s new platform, www.servicehub.afmweca.com, will continue to hold online, enjoying members and other interested individuals to connect during the church programmes.
His words, “Our services will continue to hold online for now. We shall inform you of any change in due course. Please continue to connect with us via our online channels using www.servicehub.afmweca.com and through our various control centres. You can connect to our various worship channels radio, YouTube, webcast through this new link. This link also has provision for submitting prayer requests, testimonies and blessing records”.
