The Ibadan office of Yinka Ayefele’s Fresh FM radio station was attacked today by three armed robbers, causing the station to go off air for a while.
The robbers, who stormed the radio station around 6am carted away laptop computers, phones and other personal valuables belonging to the staff.
It has been confirmed that no one was injured during the attack.
A staff, who confirmed the attack said, “Yes it happened. There is no fatality. It happened, though I have not been in the office. It happened. Some people have called me too. And I confirmed it to them.”
