A veteran nollywood comedian, Babatunde Omidina, popularly known as Baba Suwe is dead. Actress, Modupe Johnson, otherwise known as Fali Werepe revealed this through her instagram page.
The President of Theatre Arts and Motion Picture Producers Association of Nigeria (TAMPPAN), Bolaji Amusan also known as Mr Latin has also confirmed the death, saying that he died today.
Amusan said that the veteran son confirmed the death to him on phone.
However, the details of is death is yet to be known.
Baba Suwe was born on August 22, 1958 in Inabere in Lagos. He was from Ikorodu Area of Lagos State. He attended Jamaitul Islamial Primary School in Lagos and Children Boarding School, Osogbo. He also attended Adekanbi Commercial High School in Mile 12, Lagos and Ifeoluwa Grammar School, Osogbo, where he obtained his West African School Certificate (WAEC).
