Uganda’s main opposition candidate, Robert Kyagulanyi, popularly called Bobi Wine, has cried out over the violation of his human rights by President Yoweri Museveni, saying that he has not been allowed to leave his house for the past six days.
According to him, he is stuck at home with an 18 month old baby, his wife, Barbara Itungo, family members and domestic staff as a result of the siege laid on on his house by security operatives.
He said, “Day Six under house arrest and we’re still stuck with an 18 months old baby who had paid a visit to her auntie (my wife ) be4 we were raided and besieged. The Dad has been denied access to her. We have run out of food and milk. No one is allowed to leave or come into our compound”.
