President Muhammadu Buhari has condoled with the Chairman/CEO, Nigeria Diaspora Commission, Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, on the loss of her mother, Alhaja Sadiat Erogbogbo, a retired teacher and businesswoman.
Alhaja Erogbogbo died yesterday at aged 90 and she has since been buried.
Buhari recalled that Alhaja Erogbogbo was a well-rounded Nigerian, born in Kano, schooled in Lagos, and later taught in Kano, Lagos and Jos, where she impacted positively on the lives of students, who passed through her tutelage, hence the sobriquet, ‘Kind Teacher.’
In a statement signed by Femi Adesina, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Buhari prayed that the soul of the deceased would rest well, and that God would comfort all those she left behind.
