The number of people that have died from Coronavirus in Oyo State, the political headquarters of the South West, Nigeria is 104, according to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
With this figure, Oyo State is the fourth with the highest death from Covid-19 in Nigeria. Ahead of the state is Lagos, 370, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), 137 and and and Edo, 151.
According to the Centre, the state has 6,322 confirmed cases, out of which 4,312 have been discharged and 1,906 are on admission.
