A Magistrate in Osun State, Mrs Bose Idowu has ordered that Victor Jorna, who stole a Techno Camon-11 mobile phone at “O ti Seese Cool Spot”, Ilesa Road, Ile-Ife be remanded at a custodial centre in Osun State.
Jorna, 24, who stole a phone worth N44,000 belonging to one Mr Afolabi Olamilekan was said to have entered the spot with the intention to commit felony.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charges levied against him.
