Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has revealed that 231 persons have been tested for coronavirus in the state.
Governor Makinde, who stated this on Monday April 20, 2020, added that the state is working towards increasing the number of tests for this week to meet the target.
The Governor, had earlier promised that he would ensure that about 10,000 tests would be carried out in the state.
Breaking down the test, he said, “Last week, 159 tests were conducted at the drive-through/walk-through testing centre at Adamasingba Stadium. Today, 72 tests were conducted; so, a total of 231 tests have been conducted”
