The Oyo State Road Transport Management Authority (OYRTMA) has distributed over 10,000 pieces of face masks to commercial transporters drawn across the 33 local government areas of the State.
OYRTMA Chairman, Dr Akin Fagbemi, while distributing the face masks noted that the state government is trying its best to fight the deadly disease.
He said that if all the residents could play the game by its rules by strictly adhering to the government guidelines, the virus would soon become a thing of the past.
He urged the transporters to wear the face marks while on duty or outside their different house
