Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, who had tested positive to COVID-19 infection and was recently discharged after treatment, was seen on Friday, April 10 ignoring social distancing.
Barely 24 hours after recovering from COVID-19, the governor was attended Juma’at service at the Bauchi Central Mosque where there were over 50 persons, as pictures showed a crowded mosque.
Mohammed, who wore face mask and gloves, sat beside Senator Baba Tela, his deputy, during the weekly Muslim congregational prayer which has been suspended across the country as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
