The wife of the publisher of Newdawn Online, Desola Amoke Latifat Abatan (née Adewunmi), has passed away at the age of 58.
According to a statement released by her husband, Olatunde Abatan, who is also the publisher of Newdawn Online newspaper, Desola Abatan died on the afternoon of Tuesday, February 18, after a brief illness.
She is survived by her husband, children, and siblings.
The family has announced that details of her burial arrangements will be communicated at a later date.
