Hon. Kehinde Hassan Subair, a former Majority Leader of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Kehinde Subair, has died at 59.
According to the information gathered, the legislator, whose cause of his demise is unknown died in the United Kingdom shortly after breaking his Ramadan fast.
A prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, served as a member of the Oyo State House of Assembly for two terms, from 2011 to 2019.
Subair was born on 21st March, 1965, in Ibadan Southwest Local Government Area, Ibadan, Oyo state Nigeria.
He attended Ibadan City Council, Oke Oluokun Primary school, where he had his primary school leaving certificate in 1976. He then proceeded to Ibadan City Academy Eleta, Ibadan to obtain his WASSCE certificate in 1983.
In 1985, he wrote R.S.A Examination in typewriting (35 words per minute) and PITMAN Examination (35 words per minute). He obtained his G.C.E certificate in 2003. Then graduated from University of Ado- Ekiti where he studied Public Administration in 2006.
Reacting, Senator Sharafadeen Alli (APC-Oyo South), expressed deep sorrow over Subair’s death, describing his death as a personal loss and great loss to the progressive family and the entire Oyo State.
He extended his heartfelt condolences to Subair’s family, his colleagues in the former Parliamentarians forum and the APC leadership.
