President Bola Ahmed Tinubu appointed new service chiefs to work with him in tackling terrorism and other security challenges in Nigeria.
The military hierarchy in Nigeria has the Chief of Defense Staff as the most senior officer, followed by the Army Chief, the Army Chief, and Air Chief.
The new service chiefs are Major General Christopher Musa, Chief of Defence Staff, Major General T. A Lagbaja, Chief of Army Staff, Rear Admiral Emmanuel A. Ogalla, Chief of Naval Staff, and Air Vice Marshal H.B Abubakar as the Chief of Air Staff.
