Many presidential aspirants in the All Progressive Congress (APC) have stepped down for the National Leader and former Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the ongoing special convention.
Among those who have stepped down are Governor John Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State, his Jigawa counterpart, Governor Mohammed Badaru Abubakar, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, Ajayi Boroffice, Senator Godswill Akpabio, Former Speaker of House of Representatives, Hon. Dimeji Bankole and Lady Uju Ohanenye.
The major contenders in the convention are Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, VC President Yemi Osinbajo and Senator Ahmed Lawal
