The Federal Government has extended the deadline for telecommunication companies to block SIM cards not integrated with NINs from Wednesday January 19, 2021 to Tuesday February 9, 2021.
Personal Assistant on New Media to Buhari, Bashir Ahmad revealed this today.
According to him, “NIN-SIM linkage deadline January 19th, for those who already have their NIN, that means those who have already registered with the NIMC. February 9th, for those who do not have NIN, that means those who are yet to register with the NIMC”.
