As Nigerians are protesting against hunger in the land, the Lagos State Government has stationed armed policemen and their vehicles at Lekki Tollgate for the fear of mass hunger protests.
The policemen, who are armed to the teeth as if they are on the war front are to prevent peaceful hunger protests at the toll gate.
However, the protesting youth in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, have demanded the immediate resignation of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his failure to live up to the promises he made during the electioneering campaign.
There was also a heavy hunger protest today in Awka, the capital of Anambra as masses hit cruising park in enjoyment.
