Following the reintroduction the Lekki and Ikoyi tolls, a private nursery and primary school known as Greenwood House School, located at Parkview Estate, Ikoyi, Lagos, has increased bus fee per child from N100,000 to N150,000.
According to a letter dated April 1, 2022, titled, “School Bus Fee Increment”, and addressed to the concerned parents and guardians, the school said, “This is to inform that there will be an increment in school bus fee from N100,000 to N150,000 (two-way trip) and N50,000 to N75,000 (one-way trip). This change will take effect from 3rd term of 2021/2022 academic session.”
“Please note that this increment will not affect pick-up and drop-off around the Ikoyi axis. Thank you for your continued support and cooperation”, the letter signed by the school principal, Mr. R. Cilliers concluded.
