A twitter user, Omotoyosi@_misteriouss, who raised false alarm that she has been kidnapped and raped has reportedly been arrested by the Lagos State Police command.
On Thursday, April 14, 2022, Toyosi took to her Twitter page to cry for help that she was being raped and kidnapped. She further shared the number of her alleged abductor.
After her post went viral, the police raided and arrested the occupants of the house address that was retrieved from tracking the number she shared online.
After a while, the lady made a video on Twitter and claimed that everything that happened was all for clout and that she was catching cruise.
An investigative reporter took to Twitter to reveal that she has been arrested and will soon be arraign before Lagos Court.
“Toyosi the alarmist, who tweetted today that she is being kidnapped and raped just for clout, has been arrested by the Lagos police command. She will be arraigned before a Lagos court, for disturbing public peace. With the look of things, she could get up to 10 years sentence”.
