A total of 128 Nigerian migrants have been repatriated from Libya as part of the voluntary repatriation program through Mitiga International Airport.
The Director General of the National Agency for Emergency Management of Nigeria, Mustafa Habib, confirmed that the returnees left Mitiga airport yesterday and were received at Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos.
Habib explained that the returnees, including 38 women, were repatriated to Nigeria by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) through its voluntary return program.
