Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has approved the immediate rehabilitation and reconstruction of eight roads in the state.
The roads are: Airport -Ajia-New Ife Express way with spur to Amuloko (21KM), Apete-Awotan-Akufo junction road (12.0KM), Saki-Ogbooro-Igboho (44.70Km) and Under G-Stadium-LAUTECH Gate Road, Ogbomoso (3.0KM).
Others are: Takie-FGGC Road, Ogbomoso (2.5KM), Isaba-Ogundoyin Road, Eruwa (2.50KM), Gedu-Oroki-Sabo-Asipa Road, Oyo (5.20KM) and Akingbile-Lagbeja-Ajibode road (3.0KM).
The State’s Commissioner for Public Works and Transport, Professor Raphael Afonja, who revealed this today said infrastructural development remained a key focus of the present administration.
