Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State on Tuesday October 12, 2021, vowed that his administration would not interfere in the affairs of the judiciary, stressing that he was committed to grow democracy in Nigeria.
Makinde stated this during the swearing-in ceremony of five judges in the state. The four newly sworn in for the state high court are: Justices, Olusola Adebisi Adetujoye, Beatrice Folabimpe Segun-Olakojo, Prof. Elijah Taiwo Adewale and Kareem Adeyimika Adedokun, while Justice Olubukola Omolayo Ajadi was appointed to the Customary Court of Appeal.
The Governor congratulated the new judges and wished them well in the discharge of their duties.
