The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Sunday September 9, 2020, reported 100 new cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria, bringing the number of confirmed cases to 55,005.
The highest number of new cases were recorded in Lagos-39, followed by FCT-22 and Kaduna-19. Others are Oyo-7, Ebonyi-6, Edo-3, Katsina-1, Ekiti-1, Bauchi-1 and Nasarawa-1.
According to the NCDC, out of the 55,005 confirmed cases in Nigeria,43,0130 patients have been treated and discharged, while 1,057 deaths have been recorded.
