The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported 118 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total of confirmed cases to 61,558.
The cases were recorded in Lagos-51, Rivers-26, Imo-12, Osun-8, Plateau-6, FCT-5, Kaduna-4, Ogun-3, Edo-2 and Niger-1.
According to the NCDC, out of the 61,558 confirmed cases in the country, 56,697 patients have been discharged, while 1,125 deaths have been recorded.
