The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported 120 new cases of coronavirus in Nigeria, bringing the total of confirmed cases to 59,465 as of October 5, 2020.
The cases were reported in Rivers-65, FCT-12, Ogun-9, Katsina-8, Anambra-7, Bauchi-5, Oyo-5, Nasarawa-3, Kaduna-2, Kwara-1, Taraba-1, Imo-1 and Delta-1.
According to the NCDC, out of the 59,465 confirmed cases in Nigeria, 50,951 patients have been discharged, while 1,113 deaths have been recorded.
