The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported 125 new cases of coronavirus in Nigeria, which brings the number of confirmed cases to 54,588.
The highest number of new cases were recorded in Lagos-42, FCT-25 and Katsina-14.
Others are Kaduna-11, Kwara-8, Ondo-7, Delta-4, Anambra-3, Oyo-3, Edo-2, Ogun-2, Osun-2, and Cross River-1,
According to the NCDC, out of the 54,588 confirmed cases in Nigeria, 42,627 patients have been discharged, while 1,048 deaths have been recorded.
