The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported 138 new cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria, bringing the total of confirmed cases to 53,865 as of August 30, 2020.
The cases were reported from Plateau-55, Lagos-15, Ebonyi-11, Oyo-11, Abia-8, Anambra-7, FCT-7, Rivers-7, Kaduna-6, Ondo-5, Kwara-3, Bauchi-1, Benue-1 and Edo-1.
According to the NCDC, out of the 53,865 confirmed cases in the country, 41,513 patients have been discharged, while 1,013 deaths have been recorded.
