The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported 148 new cases of coronavirus in Nigeria, bringing the total of confirmed cases to 60,982 as of October 15, 2020.
The cases were recorded in Lagos-66, FCT-25, Oyo-13, Plateau-11, Kaduna-7, Rivers-6, Ebonyi-5, Ekiti-4, Ogun-4, Imo-2, Ondo-2, Edo-1, Nasarawa-1 and Taraba-1.
According to NCDC, out of the 60,982 confirmed cases in the country, 52,194 patients have been discharged, while 1,116 deaths have been recorded.
