The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported 58 new cases of Coronavirus infection in Nigeria, bringing the total of confirmed cases to 59,345 as of October 4, 2020.
The cases were recorded in Plateau-18, Lagos-15, Katsina-10, Ogun-5, Kaduna-4, Edo-3, Ekiti-1, FCT-1 and Ondo-1.
According to the NCDC, out of the 59,345 confirmed cases reported in the country, 50,768 patients have been discharged, while 1,113 deaths have been recorded.
