The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported 162 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total of confirmed cases to 62,853 as of October 31, 2020.
The highest cases were reported in Gombe-54, FCT-35 and Lagos-26. The other cases were recorded in Ogun-12, Plateau-10, Rivers-10, Kaduna-4, Ekiti-3, Edo-2, Osun-2, Bayelsa-1, Imo-1, Ondo-1 and Oyo-1.
According to the NCDC, out of the 62,853 confirmed cases in the country, 58,675 patients have been discharged, while 1,144 deaths have been recorded.
