Nigeria has reported 197 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total of confirmed cases to 55,829 as of September 10, 2020.
The new cases were recorded in Plateau-83, Lagos-48, Kaduna-17, FCT-16, Ogun-11, Katsina-7, Imo-4, Edo-3, Nasarawa-3, Rivers-2, Bayelsa-1, Oyo-1, and Osun-1.
According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), out of the 55,829 confirmed cases in the country, 43,810 patients have so far been discharged, while 1,075 deaths have been recorded.
