A Nigerian-Briton politician, Kemi Olufunto Badenoch jostling for the position of British Prime Minister has been eliminated from the race.
Kemi was eliminated in yesterday’s ballot of Conservative MPs, coming fourth among the remaining contenders with 59 votes.
Rishi Sunak remained in the lead with 118 votes, the international trade minister, Penny Mordaunt maintained her second position with 92 votes and the foreign secretary, Liz Truss got 86.
