Nollywood actor Muyideen Oladapo, known as Lala Osha, has challenged his daughter, Olamide—who just obtained a Master’s degree from Trinity College, Ireland—that they would meet again in a PhD programme, reiterating, “Anyways, we will meet in class (PhD).”
Olamide, who made her father proud, graduated with distinction from Trinity College.
Lala Osha, who attended his daughter’s graduation, could not hide his joy as he took to his TikTok page to pen a tribute to her over her academic achievement.
He wrote, “What an impressive achievement! Distinction!! (MPHIL0 Theatre and Performance in Trinity College Ireland. You are brave, you are capable, you are pretty, and you can accomplish anything your heart desires! You are such a beautiful girl, and I’m so proud of the incredible way that you are growing up. even at such a young age, you are full of wisdom, kindness, compassion, and courage. Congratulations my daughter. Thank you for being the answer to the prayer I hadn’t realised I asked for. God will continue to lead your way. You are everything to me. Don’t forget this ooo…anyways, we will meet in class (PhD). Olamide, you have made us proud.”
After Lala Osha completed his bachelor’s degree in Dramatic Arts at the Obafemi Awolowo University, in 2015, he further his education in the University of Lagos (UNILAG), where he earned himself a Master’s Degree in Theatre Arts.
