The Nigeria Railway Corporation (NRC) has suspended all passengers’ trains operation effective from Monday March 23 2020.
According to a press release dated March 21 2020 and signed by the corporation’s Deputy Director, Public Relations, Yakub Mahmood, the step was necessitated by the report of “the already known coronavirus (Covid-19)”
The release stated that further information on passengers’ train services will be made available very soon.
