The Management of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile -Ife, has announced a two-week mid-semester break, beginning from Monday, March 28, 2022.
This was contained in a release made on Saturday, signed by the university’s registrar, Mrs Magaret Idowu Omosule.
The statement read: “This is to inform staff and students of the university that Management, at a meeting held today, Saturday, 26th March, 2022, approved a two-week mid-semester break for students beginning from Monday, 28th March, 2022.
“We wish students of the university an enjoyable break.”
The University had remained opened despite the ongoing Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) strike.
