The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has revealed a fearful death ratio resulting from Coronavirus in Nigeria, saying that one out of every 10 persons over 50 years old who contract the virus do not survive it in Nigeria.
The Centre said, “At least, 1 out of every 10 persons over 50 years old who had COVID-19 died from it in Nigeria”.
Stressing that Coronavirus is real, the Centre urged that the elderly should be well taken care of in the society.
