The Oyo State Government has converted the popular Trans Amusement Park located in the Bodija Area of Ibadan to Manor Park Government Residential Area (GRA).
According to information gathered, the state government will sell a plot at the rate of N40 million.
The estate will be one of the socialite estates in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State.
The conversion of the park to a residential area is generating a lot of reactions on social media.
