The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Saturday June 27, 2020 revealed that one of the patients being treated for Coronavirus has died in Oyo State, bringing the total number of deaths by Coronavirus in the state to 11.
According to the Centre, Oyo State has the third highest number of confirmed cases after Lagos and Federal Capital Territory.
Lagos State has 10,026 confirmed cases, FCT, 1,736 and Oyo State 1,305.
As at the time of filing this report, Oyo State has 788 patients on admission, while 506 patients have been treated and discharged.
