Oyo State Chapter of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) has lost two of its members, Deacon Babatunde Ogunesan of the Nigerian Tribune, currently serving as the secretary, Saki-East local government Council and Victoria Ojo nee Aremu (Iya Reremu), a member of the programme department of the Federal Radio Corporation Of Nigeria(FRCN), Amuludun 99.1 FM Moniya Ibadan.
It was gathered that the two journalists died on Monday, May 15, 2023.
The announcement of their death was a rude shock to their colleagues, who expressed their sympathy to their families.
