The Nigeria Police has announced that it has arrested the music promoter, Balogun Olamilekan Eletu, alias Sam Larry, who has been alleged to have been involved in the killing of a Nigerian-born international singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba popularly known as Mohbad.
Nigerian singer popularly known as Naira Marley, Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley are both fingered to be connected to Mohbad’s death.
On the night of Thursday, September 28, 2023, the Lagos State Police spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hudeyin, announced that Sam Larry was in custody pointing, “Balogun Olamilekan Eletu aka Sam Larry is now in our custody. He is currently assisting with the ongoing investigation.”
However, Hudeyin did not state how Sam Larry was arrested whether he surrendered to the police or otherwise.
