A prominent prince in Oyo town in Oyo State, Prince Abdulfatai Adebayo Adeyemi, is one of the sons of the immediate past Alaafin of Oyo, late Oba Lamidi Atanda Olayiwola Adeyemi, is dead.
According to the information gathered, Adebayo died of diabetes in the early hours of Friday at the University College Hospital (UCH) in Ibadan.
A prominent politician was the 2019 candidate of the House of Representatives election for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) but lost to his younger brother, Prince Akeem Adeyemi, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
A family source confirmed, “Yes. I have confirmed it. He is dead. People are there now. They are preparing the grave now”.
