Prince Tony Momoh, a veteran journalist and former Minister of Information and Culture, during the regime of Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida, has been confirmed dead.
Minister of Labour and Productivity, Festus Keyamo (SAN), in his condolence message to the family of the deceased said, “He was a veteran journalist, former information Minister and as former CPC Chairman, he was one of the architects of the merger that produced APC. Most importantly, he was my weekly sparring partner in table tennis in my house in Lagos 15 years ago!”
Momoh was a former Editor of Daily Times.
