English television personality, entrepreneur, and record executive, Simon Cowell, has debunked a rumour about his death, confirming that he is “alive and doing very well.”
Late last week, some people shared a poster of Simon on TikTok with the caption: “Simon, Rest in Perfect Peace (RIP).”
In response, Simon posted a video on his TikTok page, where he sang “Happy Birthday” to himself, stating, “I am a year older.”
Simon humorously sang, “Happy birthday to me. Happy birthday to me. Happy birthday, dear Simon. Happy birthday to me,” adding, “That’s why I decided never to become a singer. I’m now at an age where when you tell people how old you are, they clap. But I’m alive, healthy, and happy. Thank you, everyone, for your kind messages. Take care. Till next year. Bye-bye.”
Simon, who was born on October 7, 1965, is a talent manager known for judging American Idol, Britain’s Got Talent, and The X Factor. He also produced America’s Got Talent and was the CEO of the entertainment company Syco.
