A tanker fell and caught fire at Otedola Under Bridge on Lagos-Ibadan expressway today March 11, 2025 around 7pm, affecting nearby structures, including a church, residential house, and mechanics’ parks at Otedola Under Bridge, adjacent to CMD Road.
It was gathered that the tanker fell on top of a car, fortunately, the driver was able to escape: “The tanker fell on my car, pushed my car away from the road, I quickly ran down from the car when I saw it’s gas, and the tanker exploded.”
At the time of filing this report, fire rescue teams are at the scene, working to extinguish the fire.
