The authority of the Apostolic Faith Church, West and Central Africa (WECA), has declared 24 hours National Day prayer for Nigeria.
The Prayer commenced at 12midnight on Thursday October 1, 2020 and it is expected to be rounded off at 12 midnight Friday October 2, 2020.
The prayer is aimed at calling on God to intervene in Nigeria’s situation and avert crisis that may lead to shedding of blood, among other unpalatable experiences the country is going through.
Nigeria, a country of about 206million people and over 500 ethnic groups and language has been embroiled in political instability as a result of poor leadership, which has imposed series of harsh economic policies on the citizens.
