A thief identified as Kelvin Patrick, an indigene of Abia State, who escaped arrest from a parish of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Lagos has been arrested and handed over to the police for further investigation and prosecution.
According to a video clip on social media, Kelvin, a 30 year-old-man stole phones during a vigil at the church and after three weeks, he came back to the church to steal again but got apprehended.
According to information, the suspect face was captured via CCTV and he has been on search since his nefarious deeds. He eventually resurfaced at the parish and was intercepted and thoroughly searched.
After thoroughly searching, several items including glasses, five phones, N25,000, different accounts with different names, BVN numbers, five telephone sim cards, memory cards, and a wristwatch were recovered from him.
