The Speaker, Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Debo Ogundoyin has commended Femi Falana (SAN), for returning N17million legal fee donation to the family of late Timothy Adegoke, killed at Hilton Hotel, Ile-Ife, owned by a prominent Ife Prince, Prince Rahman Adedoyin.
Ogundoyin said that Falana’s acceptance to handle the case of Timothy Adegoke Pro bono publico is a demonstration of service to humanity and a huge favour to Nigerian youths.
Ogundoyin’s words, “I considered the willingness of our father &foremost human right lawyer, Femi Falana SAN to handle the case of our late brother, Timothy Adegoke who was murdered at Hilton Hotel Ile-Ife on pro bono publico to ensure that justice is served as a huge favour to us as Nigerian youths”.
